The filter press IBL-97 is designed for the recovery of water or liquid and sludge or waste dewatering from:

  • Polished terrazzo or marble.
  • Cutters or routers.
  • Washing of aggregates.
  • Dust water filters.
  • Self-cleaning or manual cleaning of ceramic machines.

Equipped with a pre-blow installation to avoid residual leakage.

With a Polyelectrolyte Preparation and Dosage equipment:

1,000 l. barrel equipped with a support geared stirrer, vacuum pump (for the provision of polyelectrolyte adjustability), polyelectrolyte dosing pump and probe preparation and equipment to ensure the maintenance capacity of the mixture.

With a Regulating Sludge Reservoir:

Designed for the collection of concentrated sludge from a decanter silo, equipped with an output filter to prevent coarse solids, and computer control probes for emptying the silo.

Electric Panel with PLC Technology

Electrical power and sludge plant control panel. The control and operation of the plant with PLC (Automation) for an automatic operation, and optional synoptic operating system fault detector and maintenance screen.
